  • Because our customer base is global, and we have so many international and American customers, we have set our website currency to USD as it is considered the default global currency. If you would prefer to pay in Canadian dollars, please contact us and a PayPal invoice converted to CDN dollars with provincial sales tax added will be arranged.

  • NBK yarn and fiber is carefully dyed in a smoke and pet free environment with professional grade light and colour fast acid dyes.

  • All NBK yarn and fibre is rinsed well but may bleed colour during the first wash. If this is a concern, please feel free to pre-soak your yarn in lukewarm water.

  • Because all NBK yarn is dyed to order, there are no refunds or exchanges. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Please note that due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, not all skeins are identical and colourways may vary from one dye lot to the next and from one yarn base to another. Because of this, the yarn you receive may not be an identical twin to the photo shown on the website. Please make sure you order enough yarn for your project and even then, alternating skeins is always recommended.

  • All NBK yarn and fiber is photographed in natural light in order to represent the true colours but monitors do sometimes vary.

  • Knitting patterns are available at LoveCrafts, Ravelry, and Etsy.

S H I P P I N G

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

  • Canadian orders are shipped using the Regular Parcel service, US orders are shipped using the Tracked Packet service, and international orders are shipped using the International Tracked Packet Service.

  • Please note: The Tracked Packet Service is not available for all international countries, you will be contacted if this is the case for you.

  • Packages to the US generally take 14-21 business days but can take longer depending on customs procedures which are beyond our control.

  • International packages generally take 4-6 weeks depending on customs procedures which are beyond our control.

  • Any customs charges on US or International packages are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • In the event of a delayed or lost package, please contact us and a claim will be filed with Canada Post. Please understand that delays and issues with shipping companies are out of our control. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
